Two names on
the register.
REYUN Agro Industries India Private Limited is directed by Senthil Veeraragavan Sudha and B Uma Thulasi. Two directors, close to the work — one on the trade, one on the material — with no layer between a buyer and a decision.
The people who
sign the cheques.
Both directors are on record with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and named on the company's GST registration. Their areas of involvement are described below as they operate day to day.
Senthil
Veeraragavan Sudha
Sudha runs the commercial side of the house — the enquiries, the price conversations, the dispatch planning and the follow-up that turns a first order into a standing one. She is also the contact person on the company's records, which means the paperwork lands on her desk too.
B Uma Thulasi
Uma looks after quality and the processing floor — grading standards, packing decisions and the lot-level records that let a buyer trace a bag back to the village it came from. She is the second half of every conversation about what a lot is actually worth.
"A small board is not a weakness. It means the person who promised you a grade is the person who signs the dispatch note."
The board, REYUN Agro Industries India
A company that
files on time.
Compliance is not a marketing claim, it is a calendar. Annual returns, financial statements and the annual general meeting are attended to as the year turns — and the record on the MCA register reflects it.

If you grow it,
we would like to meet you.
We are always adding grower groups and aggregation partners in Tamil Nadu for moringa, coconut, pulses and spices. Bring a sample, tell us the volume you can hold steady, and we will talk about a season rather than a single sale.
